The Associate Director, Payer Marketing, will be accountable for developing and implementing a payer marketing strategy and plan for leading brand. They will create initiatives that will cover both payer and health care provider customers. The ideal candidate will be the payer marketing lead for their brand and will manage the generation of insights through thorough market research and advisory boards to drive the development of the payer suggestions that will be incorporated into the brand's strategy.

- Leading the development and management of market access strategies across commercial and government payers for the brand.
- Proactively identifying areas of opportunity and tactics to challenge thinking and improve the level of brand performance
- Establishes KPI's for payer tactics and monitor's progress
- Driving the development of the value proposition for the brand
- Collaborating with HCP and access marketing to help develop and execute access/affordability messages in promotional materials
- Managing the payer marketing budget
- Actively contributes to the brand planning process, including market access strategy and tactical planning, in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Represents payer marketing and government affairs on the core team in a brand operating model
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred: MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of either managed markets or payer marketing experience
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Market/Payer Analytics, or other relevant commercial or analytical experience in the pharmaceutical or any related industry
- Able to create and execute managed health care strategies
- Demonstrates expertise and extensive knowledge of payer dynamics, medical and pharmacy benefit designs and its implications for HCP and patient product adoption
- Proven ability to convert complex information into concise and impactful messages
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with an ability to influence
- Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams
