Assay Development Manager for a rapidly growing Biotech organization

The Assay Development Manager will have the following Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with external customers and internal groups to ensure assay development projects are delivered on time, within budget, up to quality standards and meet customer expectations.
* Work with the Technical Services team to research and identify sources of material, mainly antibodies and proteins, for proposed projects.
* Track project milestones and deliverables and adjust project plans, schedules and resources utilizing approved change management practices to meet the requirements and needs of the customer.
* Maintain budgets for each project to ensure accurate financial accountability, initiate invoicing of customers on a regular basis, and provide monthly summary updates to the management team.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following skill set:
* Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree highly preferred.
* 5+ year's experience with Immunoassay development projects
* Project Management Certification or extensive work experience
* Strong Time Management capabilities.
