A leading and global Medical Devices company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to cover Benelux region, France, Switzerland and Italy.

They are looking for someone who is target-driven, strategic and with good business development skill and can-do attitude, willing to be in the field and expand the client portfolio.
Main responsibilities include generating sales among clients, and also:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts
- Managing projects within client relationships and working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Collaborating with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Willing to travel extensively
One of the key requirements that they are looking for somebody with experience in IT sales (Software Solutions), and also:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Healthcare IT is an advantage
- Strong negotiating skills and persuasive manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
