A market leading diagnostics organisation are looking for a sales expert to manage and distribute their Flow Cytometry portfolio across the market in Germany.
The specialist candidate will be an expert in clinical diagnostics market with an entrepreneurial spirit to grow the successful sales of the portfolio, managing the key customer business in the country including the responsibility of achieving financial targets and strategic objective in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Strong negotiator with a continuous focus on achieving high sales results.
- The key contact across the customers across the territory.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the customers.
- Manage and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships and develop to generate success over the territory.
- Provide good advice to the customers and be a representative of the organisation.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years' experience years working in clinical diagnostic sales.
- Practical experience working with Molecular Diagnostics.
- Good knowledge of clinical diagnostics.
- Must be fluent in German.
- Result driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial.
