As an Account Director:
- You will work closely with the senior leadership to drive the client/agency relationship
- Create long-lasting relationships with clients and proactively offer strategic solutions
- Have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market dynamics including all channels- HCP/DTC, Digital and print
- You must accurately report monthly forecasting as well as ensure alignment between fiance and account departments
- Lead the team and assist in the development of new hires. You will champion the agency and act as a mentor and leader throughout the company
As an Account Director, you will have/be:
- 7-8 years + of direct experience working in an agency focused on Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals
- Ability to face clients professionally and maintain exceptional organization and communication skills
- Effective communicator both verbally and written
- Demonstrated experience driving organic business
