Job Description:
- As the Account Director, you will deliver creative, strategic medical education deliverables to clients.
- You will support and directly report to the VP, Group Account Director.
- You will work directly with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of project outcomes, develop long term relationships, and actively seek new business opportunities.
- You will manage and mentor direct reports, providing guidance for their development in the industry.
- You will partner with other teams such as scientific services, finance, editorial, and creative to communicate client expectations and ensure alignment of client and company goals.
Job Requirements:
- BA/BS required, advanced degrees highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a medical communications agency setting
- Experience in Oncology preferred
- Strong communication skills and passion for the industry
