Sales Representative - Medical Devices


Region: Wuppertal West Germany

A well-established international medical technology company is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its team in the West Germany region. The company specialise in advanced solutions for wound care and surgical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies independently within the assigned territory
  • Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with hospitals, clinics, and private practices
  • Provide product training and support, including in-theatre demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., surgeons, OR managers)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at events, trainings, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Manage consignment stock and collaborate with internal teams

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally in surgical products
  • Familiarity with both clinical and outpatient healthcare environments
  • Background in healthcare (e.g., MTA, OTA, or similar)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Proficient in English and comfortable with digital tools
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
