About the Job

A global manufacturer of specialty additives for the polymer and plastics industry is seeking to strengthen its commercial organisation. The business has been established for over 50 years and operates several international production sites. Your Tasks

  • Manage and coordinate sales activities within a regionally structured EMEA Sales Team
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments including Customer Support, Technology, and Quality
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to create profitable partnerships
  • Work with existing and new customers to achieve revenue and margin objectives
  • Qualify and expand new sales opportunities across relevant market segments
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with key customer stakeholders to align needs with product and service strategies

Your Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or chemical background
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills within an international environment
  • Independent, structured working style with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel, including internationally
  • Fluent German and English additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong soft skills
