The organization has a long-standing reputation for excellence and provides products that enable healthcare providers to deliver safe and efficient patient care.

The Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships, understanding client objectives, and integrating the company's product portfolio into their business strategies. This position involves creating growth plans, negotiating complex sales agreements, and achieving revenue targets. The role also includes market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to implement customer-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with key accounts.
  • Develop annual sales plans and monthly forecasts.
  • Identify and secure strategic deals in cooperation with customers.
  • Lead negotiations on technical and commercial terms and finalize agreements within delegated authority.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering tailored solutions for clients.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in technical or business disciplines (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales; ideally within medical technology or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and self-motivation.
  • Fluent in English (C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency and willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
