Job Description:

We are looking to connect with Clinical Phamacology leaders to lead our clinical pharmacology team. This successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical pharmacology studies, ensuring the development of safe and effective therapeutic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the clinical pharmacology team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
  • Design and oversee clinical pharmacology studies, including first-in-human, dose-escalation, drug-drug interaction, and special population studies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, regulatory affairs, and biostatistics, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and implement innovative clinical pharmacology strategies to support drug development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze and interpret clinical pharmacology data, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies, key opinion leaders, and at scientific conferences.

Qualifications:

  • PhD, PharmD, or MD with specialized training in clinical pharmacology or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical pharmacology within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Proven track record of leading clinical pharmacology teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical pharmacology principles, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with regulatory agencies.
