The Role
As Deputy Head of Quality Control and Qualified Person (QP), you will take on a key leadership position on site. This role combines operational responsibility with strategic influence, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards and supporting the site's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Control team, including laboratory operations.
  • Coordinate analyses and external testing of raw materials and finished products in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure GMP-compliant release of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
  • Drive qualification of new raw materials and development of innovative control methods.
  • Oversee equipment qualification and method validation.
  • Represent Quality Control to authorities and customers.
  • Handle deviations, OOS, change control, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Production, Purchasing, and Sales for efficient processes.


Your Profile

  • Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Professional qualification according to §15 AMG (Qualified Person).
  • Strong organisational skills and structured working style.
  • Initiative, resilience, and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
