Base Salary: $120k-$135k | Hybrid

What You'll Lead
- Support global clinical trials end-to-end, partnering closely with global and regional study management teams to drive day-to-day execution.
- Independently manage key study operations including site communications, timelines, risk logs, and action tracking.
- Lead site start-up activities across multiple countries, coordinating with regulatory, start-up, and monitoring teams.
- Oversee TMF quality and inspection readiness, ensuring completeness and compliance at all times.
- Draft and manage essential study documents (e.g., monitoring plans, training materials, site communications) and support study meetings and vendor interactions.
- Track study performance (enrollment, site metrics, supplies, budgets) and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and meet study milestones.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of clinical trial experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, FDA).
- Experience working on insourced/global clinical studies and understanding of in-house execution models.
- Solid oncology clinical trial experience preferred.
- Prior experience supporting global, multi-region trials.
