EPM is partnered with a growing, innovative biotech to hire the Commercialization Program Specialist for their cell & gene therapy portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring day-to-day execution runs smoothly across financial tracking, project coordination, and internal operations. The role combines hands-on administrative support with ownership of key operational processes to help maintain momentum during a high-priority period. This opportunity is located onsite in Rockville, Maryland. If you are ready to work within a fast-paced, small biotech, this opportunity is for you.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Work alongisde Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR and more to ensure cross-functional programs are kept on track and operating efficiently
- Support process improvement and project management efficiency
- Serve as the central communication hub between executive stakeholders
- Operate within a first-in-class therapy area, supporting an advanced portfolio of products
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, administrative, or project coordination roles
- Experience in biotech, pharma in a related function (commercial ops, clinical ops, finance ops) or a fast-paced startup environment strongly preferred
- Experience managing timelines, trackers, action items, and recurring management reports preferred
- Experience preparing executive-level presentation materials preferred
