Base Salary: $135-$175k | Remote/US

A growing, full‑service CRO is expanding its pain clinical development division and seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Lead to lead complex, multi‑site post‑operative acute pain trials. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical trial sites and ensure high‑quality operational execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites and manage CRA activities
  • Maintain study timelines, site communications, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide cross‑functional coordination across study teams and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to ICH‑GCP, FDA, EMA, and regional regulatory guidelines.
  • Support study forecasting, vendor oversight, and operational reporting.
  • Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a division that strongly values internal promotion and defined career pathways.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a CRO environment
  • 3+ years of specific acute pain experience (post‑operative).
  • Strong background in post‑surgical acute pain models (Bunionectomy, Abdominoplasty, Dental pain, Knee or shoulder replacement
  • Must have experience supporting or overseeing CRAs and site performance.
