Business Development Specialist (Cell & Gene Therapy)
EPM Scientific is supporting growth in the cell and gene therapy (CGT) and discovery services market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline development, closing, and account expansion
Drive new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through cross-selling
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM activity tracking
Execute against monthly and annual sales targets
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to align customer solutions
Communicate value propositions across discovery and CGT offerings
Required Experience & Skills
3-5 years of sales or business development experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma
Proven track record managing full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets
Strong knowledge of cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related fields
Understanding of drug discovery, preclinical development, and CGT landscape
Experience managing multiple accounts and maintaining a structured sales pipeline
CRM proficiency and forecasting experience
Ability to travel up to ~30%
