🧠 What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in Regulatory Affairs, with a focus on promotional review
- Deep understanding of FDA regulations and guidance related to advertising and promotion
- Experience in oncology, immunology, or other high-impact therapeutic areas preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex regulatory strategies and cross-functional relationships
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead regulatory review of promotional, corporate, and non-promotional materials
- Chair the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and advise on campaign concepts and labeling
- Interpret enforcement trends and regulatory changes to guide internal policy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, compliant submissions
- Provide training and strategic guidance across departments
