Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Clinical Operations to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our clinical trials. This individual will play a critical role in shaping clinical development strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and driving cross-functional collaboration to meet corporate milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational planning and execution of Phase I-III oncology clinical trials.
  • Manage CROs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure trials are conducted on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain clinical trial budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and other departments.
  • Oversee the development of clinical SOPs and ensure adherence to GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the Clinical Operations team.
  • Represent Clinical Operations in cross-functional meetings and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or related field (PhD, PharmD, or MS preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in oncology.
  • Proven track record of leading global clinical trials from start-up through completion.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH/GCP regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving biotech environment.
