Account Rep - Thailand

Our client is a growing life sciences company and they are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Representative to support and expand relationships with distribution partners and key customers. This role serves as a strategic bridge between the company and its partners, driving sales performance, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for distributors and key accounts in assigned territories.
  • Generate leads through field activities such as customer visits, trade shows, and outreach campaigns.
  • Guide customers through the sales pipeline and support product implementation.
  • Deliver product training and technical support to partners.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive timely and accurate information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within the biotech or genomics sector.
  • Fluent in Thai, English, and Mandarin preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Comfortable with travelling.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
