Salary: $210,000 - $230,000 + Competitive Bonus Package + Excellent Benefits

A rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sales Director - Neurology/MS to lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the Western United States. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial performance across a portfolio of neurology and multiple sclerosis therapies while coaching, developing, and inspiring a team of field-based sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Neurology/MS sales team.
- Conduct regular field coaching and ride-along visits with direct reports.
- Drive achievement of regional and national sales objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify areas for expansion.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Patient Services, and Commercial Operations teams.
- Support future product launches and commercialization initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to senior leadership.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.
- Prior sales leadership experience required.
- Neurology and/or Multiple Sclerosis commercial experience required.
- Rare disease, specialty pharmaceutical, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing field sales teams.
- Experience working with specialty pharmacy distribution and patient support programs.
- Strong business planning, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to travel up to 80% throughout the Western United States.
