Reporting into the SVP of Biometrics, this is the senior-most Clinical Data Management leader within the organization. You'll own the CDM strategy, lead and develop the team, and serve as a key partner to executive leadership as the company advances late-stage programs toward important clinical and regulatory milestones.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and grow the Clinical Data Management function
- Set the overall data strategy across the clinical portfolio
- Oversee all Data Management activities from study startup through database lock
- Shape the operating model across outsourced, hybrid, and in-house delivery approaches
- Drive CRO oversight, vendor management, and inspection readiness
- Build scalable processes, standards, and best practices across the department
- Partner closely with Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and executive leadership
- Serve as a key contributor to company strategy and organizational growth
What They're Looking For
- 12+ years of Clinical Data Management leadership experience in biotech or pharma
- Experience leading teams and building high-performing organizations
- Strong background supporting regulatory submissions and approvals
- Deep understanding of outsourced and in-house operating models
- Experience with EDC and modern clinical data technologies
- Strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence
- Someone who can balance strategy with execution and is excited to build
Compensation: $301K - $330K base + bonus + equity.
