Comp: $140,000-$195,000 base salary (+ highly competitive bonus and benefits)

Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will contribute to the strategic development and tactical execution of marketing initiatives for an established solid tumor oncology brand. This position will help strengthen brand awareness, identify market opportunities, and deliver programs supporting healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and other key stakeholders.
This is a highly visible opportunity for an oncology marketer who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional influence in support of both commercial objectives and meaningful patient impact.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to brand strategy and lead the tactical implementation of marketing programs supporting awareness, engagement, and business objectives.
- Develop strategies and tactics across key audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, key accounts, and managed markets.
- Partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to align on brand strategy, gather market feedback, and support effective execution.
- Contribute to sales meetings, field training, product education, and ongoing communication of brand priorities.
- Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments based on market insights, customer feedback, and business results.
- Analyze market data to identify key growth drivers, customer needs, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities.
- Support KOL engagement initiatives, which may include advisory boards, speaker programs, and other educational activities.
- Manage relationships with agencies and strategic vendors to ensure programs are delivered effectively, on time, and within established requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Market Research, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives and establish metrics to evaluate program performance.
- Ensure promotional programs comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and industry guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement); advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience across marketing, product management, sales, or related commercial functions.
- Oncology marketing experience is required, with solid tumor experience strongly preferred.
- Experience contributing to brand strategy and executing marketing programs in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes for promotional materials and programs.
- Understanding of PhRMA, regulatory, and legal guidelines governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Experience managing agencies and external strategic partners.
- Strong communication, project management, analytical, and cross-functional influencing capabilities.
- Ability to translate customer and market insights into clear, actionable commercial strategies.
