Senior CRA (m/w/x) 📍 Germany | Fully Remote / Home-Based
We are supporting a highly respected international clinical research organisation in the search for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join its growing team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned investigative sites across Germany.
- Perform independent monitoring visits, including:
- Pre-Study Visits (PSV)
- Site Initiation Visits (SIV)
- Interim Monitoring Visits (IMV)
- Close-Out Visits (COV)
- Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Support site feasibility assessments, site selection, and study start-up activities.
- Review essential documentation and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.
- Monitor site performance, patient recruitment, data quality, and protocol compliance.
- Support investigational product accountability and study oversight activities.
- Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up documentation within required timelines.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure successful study delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Clinical Research Associate experience.
- Proven independent monitoring experience within Germany.
- Experience conducting PSV, SIV, IMV, and COV visits independently.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations.
- Life Sciences degree or equivalent scientific background.
- Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level required).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
