What you'll be doing
- Lead monitoring and management of assigned clinical sites
- Drive study quality, compliance, and site performance
- Partner with investigators, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Identify and mitigate study risks to keep trials on track
- Mentor junior CRAs and support ongoing clinical operations initiatives
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of CRA experience
- Independent monitoring experience across the full study lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations
- Experience within biotech, pharma, or CRO settings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to clinical trial execution
