Point of Care Solutions Specialist
Location: South Central Valley, CA

Role Overview:
The Point of Care Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory. This role focuses on selling point-of-care diagnostic solutions to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), hospital systems, and emergency departments. It involves managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with multiple stakeholders, and executing strategies to achieve business objectives. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective territory and account management.
  • Maintain existing business while securing new opportunities in hospitals and healthcare systems.
  • Navigate complex decision-making environments and develop tailored strategies.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time (forecasts, expense reports, training).
  • Travel up to 50% within the territory, including occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience OR 0-3 years with a clinical background (BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech, etc.).
  • Must reside in the territory and be able to travel as needed.

Preferred:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in diagnostics, point-of-care, lab, or capital equipment sales.
  • Established relationships with IDNs and hospital systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
