- Educational Background: Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred, including PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, MSN, or other relevant life sciences qualifications. Candidates should possess strong scientific acumen and the ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific data effectively.
- Scientific Expertise: Strong understanding of clinical research, therapeutic areas, and scientific literature, with the ability to engage in peer-to-peer scientific discussions with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and healthcare providers while serving as a trusted scientific resource.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR, Regulatory Affairs, and other cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and scientific initiatives.
