Our client, a leading organisation in the pharmaceuticals sector, is seeking a Director, Insights & Analytics to join our client's team in Boston on a permanent, onsite basis. This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to the Vice President of Commercial Operations, focused on driving strategic decision-making across prescription medicine through best-in-class analytics, insights and reporting.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will own the development of critical reports and dashboards that inform commercial strategy, with particular focus on prescription medicine performance and dermatology-related products. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape market approaches across Massachusetts and the wider USA.
Key Skills & Experience
- Commercial Operations - Experience supporting or partnering with commercial operations to inform strategy, optimise performance and support senior leadership decisions.
- Pharmaceuticals - Strong understanding of the pharmaceuticals sector, particularly prescription medicines, enabling you to interpret trends and market dynamics effectively.
- Immunology - Insight into dermatology markets and products to help drive targeted analytics and reporting for this therapy area.
- Claims Data - Ability to work with and interpret healthcare claims data to generate robust, evidence-based insights.
- Market Research - Experience designing, using or analysing market research to understand customer, patient and prescriber behaviours.
- Analytics - Advanced analytical capability to turn complex datasets into meaningful, actionable recommendations.
