Engineering Responsible

In Upstream we need consultants for the CQV phase. Profile will be "Engineering Responsible" that has experience with Upstream process steps and CQV (installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation).

Area: Upstream

Duration: 9 months, possible extension, full-time, starting as soon as possible

Profile: Engineering Responsible or CQV (process/mechanical), downstream process steps/experience

Location: 100% on-site presence at 25L in Hillerød required (cannot be deviated from)

Travel: Profile must be able to travel within EU & USA but only little if no travel is expected

Positions and challenges

As an Engineering (ER) you will join the CQV test teams. One test team consists of one NN ER, one CQV Eng., one Aut. Eng. and one Operator. We have finalized facility and equipment design and have moved into installation and CQV phase in close collaboration with Suppliers and our engineering partners. On site, we are installing our process equipment, planning validation activities as well as all activities required for operational readiness.

Your key tasks will include

  • Collaborate with our local engineering partners, your upstream colleagues, and colleagues from other discipline areas (automation, downstream, utility, logistics) and Suppliers to agree on technical, process and automation topics related to manufacturing equipment installation, testing, and operation.
  • Review commissioning and validation protocols and reports and collaboration with partner C&Q team
  • Oversee equipment installation in collaboration with Supplier and construction management.
  • Execute SAT, verification and validation testing in close collaboration with other Upstream team members, CQV-engineers, and technical disciplines.
  • Support preparation of SOPs for production to ensure the facility will be ready for operation.
  • Support and participate in development of other operational readiness activities and documentation.

Profile must be able to collaborate well and closely with the Work Package Owner (WPO), local production specialists, IT/Automation specialists, other engineering-/operation responsible, operators as well as engineering partners.
