EPM Scientific have partnered exclusively with a global leader in crop protection and agricultural chemical solutions, with a strong and growing focus on biorational and biological products.
The organisation is continuing to invest heavily into its regulatory and R&D capabilities across EMEA, and is now looking to appoint a Biorational Active Substance Registration Manager to strengthen its regional regulatory team.
This role is ideally suited to individuals with a strong background in regulatory affairs within crop protection, biologicals, or biocides, looking to take ownership of active substance strategy at European level.
Role Responsibilities:
- Define and implement registration strategy across Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Lead EU approval, renewal, and defence of active substances with regulatory authorities
- Manage EU and zonal dossier preparation and submissions in line with timelines and budgets
- Maintain and secure product registrations across multiple markets
- Act as the internal regulatory expert, working cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing and Development teams
- Ensure regulatory data is accurately maintained within internal systems
- Represent the business within industry associations and regulatory forums
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in regulatory affairs within:
- Crop protection / agrochemicals
- Biocides or biological/biorational products
- Strong experience with EU regulatory frameworks and active substance registration processes
- Exposure to dossier preparation, submission, and lifecycle management
- Scientific background (MSc / PhD in agronomy, biology, chemistry or related field)
- Ability to work independently within a complex and evolving regulatory environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across international teams
