Hybrid role - 2 days on site per week, 3 remote.
EPM Scientific is working with an exciting global SME Pharmaceutical company who are going through an exciting growth stage. The company are an originator pharmaceutical company with commercial stage, and advanced clinical stage speciality medicines.
To support their commercial offering they seek a Commercial Operations & Distribution Specialist to ensure that hospitals and customers orders reach them on time, with correct invoicing and delivery procedures. They will be the first point of contact for customer queries and an important representative of the business to the external national and international customer base. In addition, the Commercial Operations and Distribution specialist will also support the team to deliver key financial and market access documents, and support the smooth operations of the wider Commercial team.
Key tasks:
Manage flow of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Respond to queries related to invoicing and payments
- Follow up payments according to the Company's payment terms
- Maintain invoice tracking tool
- Support the preparation of briefs for third party consultants and senior management
- Assist the Commercial Affairs Team in the day-to-day activities, including, but not limited to:
- Receipt and processing orders
- Take responsibility for the entire distribution process.
- Support maintenance of inventory/tracking tools
Key requirements:
- University degree or working equivalent
- Experience in order processing, invoicing, customer relations. Previous use of inventory management tools
- Initial experience in distribution of goods (preferably pharmaceuticals, medical devices or regulated goods) in Europe
- Highly skilled in administrative tasks
- Excellent English writing skills are a must
- Fluency in English and preferably one other European language
